Shipping Rates

For orders under $150 NZD, we offer a flat shipping rate of $9 NZD. This helps ensure your jewellery is carefully packaged and delivered safely to your doorstep.
Orders of $150 NZD or more qualify for free shipping. Our little thank you for your support.

Shipping Method

Shipping methods may vary depending on your location and the size of your parcel, but we always choose the most reliable option to get your order to you quickly and securely.

Processing Time

Once your order has been confirmed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare and package your pieces before shipping. During busy periods or promotions, this may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you in the loop if that happens.

Estimated Delivery Time

For New Zealand orders, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days once dispatched.
International orders usually arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on your location.
These timeframes are estimates, and while we do our best to meet them, unexpected courier delays can occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Restrictions

We aim to share Minnie Mulu jewellery with customers around the world, though there may be some locations we’re not able to ship to just yet. If you experience any issues at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout to avoid any delays or misdeliveries. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for additional shipping costs or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.
