Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@minniemulu.com. You will then be provided with the next steps for processing your return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, personalised items and earrings (due to hygiene reasons). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you’d like to swap your item for something else, the easiest way is to return your item for store credit. Once your return is approved and your credit has been issued, you can use it to place a new order for the piece you’d like instead.
Refunds
We don’t offer refunds, but we’re more than happy to provide a store credit once your return has been received and approved. Your store credit will be for the full value of your returned item and can be used at any time toward a future purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, please reach out to us at hello@minniemulu.com.
